For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup bajra flour, 1 ½ tbsp jowar flour and 1 tbsp wheat flour with salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Add water as required to make a dough. Roll out the dough to make a round roti.

For Soya Vegetable Stuffing
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and add 1 tbsp julienne onion.
- Step 2 Saute well and add 1 tbsp each of julienne green capsicum, green cabbage, carrot and soaked soya granules.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and salt as per taste.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Saute well.

For Millet Soya Frankie
- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a nonstick tawa and place the roti. Let it roast on one side and spread the beaten egg white.
- Step 2 Flip and roast until the egg is wellcooked. Flip again and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 3 Place the soya vegetable mixture on top and roll to make a frankie.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
