  • In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, sprouted whole moong, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/10 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix it well till thin batter consistency.

  • In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp oil and pour bajra rice batter then spread it.

  • Roast puda from both the sides and serve hot.
