Steps
- Step 1 Mash 1 tbsp peas
- Step 2 In a mixing bowl, take 4 tbsp bajra flour, peas, 1/4 tsp white til, 2 tsp chopped green garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp hing
- Step 3 Mix it properly with hand, add a little water and knead it into a dough and roll it into a bowl
- Step 4 Coating it very lightly with bajra flour, flatten it and make it in a circular roti shape
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it
- Step 6 Flip and spread 3/4 tsp ghee on the roti
- Step 7 Allow it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well
- Step 8 Serve hot
