Boil and mash 1 tbsp peas.
In a mixing bowl, take 4 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp boiled mashed peas, 1/4 tsp white til, 2 tsp chopped green garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp hing.
Mixing it properly with hand, add a little water and knead it into a dough and roll it into a bowl.
Coating it very lightly with bajra flour, flatten it and make it in a circular roti shape.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it. Flip and spread 3/4 tsp ghee on the roti.
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
Serve hot.
