- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp boiled mashed green peas, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2 Knead into a soft dough using water as required and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 3 Heat a tawa, place the paratha, and roast from both sides with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
