4.0 Flour Tbsp(31.0 ml) Bajra
1.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(17.0 gm) Peas
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp bajra flour, 3 tbsp boiled green peas, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.
Make dough out of it and roll it on rolling pin.
Add 1 tsp ghee and roast both sides.
Serve hot.
