Bajra Pea Paratha is an Indian flatbread made with bajra and combined with peas, making this recipe high in protein, fiber and calorie dense.

In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp boiled green peas, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.
Make dough out of it and roll it on rolling pin.
Add 1.5 tsp ghee and roast both sides.
