Bajra Pea Paratha Recipe

An Indian flatbread made with bajra and combine with peas makes this recipe high in protein, fiber and calorie dense.

4.0 Flour Tbsp(31.0 ml) Bajra
1.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(17.0 gm) Peas
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp bajra flour, 3 tbsp boiled green peas, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp hing, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Make dough out of it and roll it on rolling pin.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee and roast both sides.

  • Serve hot.
