1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Bajra Flour
1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Oats
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Grated Tbsp(32.0 gm) Apple
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Jaggery Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Soda
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
  • Soak 1/4 cup Oats in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and then blend it.

  • Add 2 tbsp butter, melt it, add oats mixture & mix well. Then add 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 cup bajra flour, 2 tbsp grated apple, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp black raisins and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Pour Batter in waffle iron, remove when done and serve.
