- Step 1 Soak and sprout 1/2 tbsp whole moong.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, sprouted whole moong, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp salt, required water and mix it well till a semi thick batter consistency is obtained.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4 On a nonstick pan heat 1/2 tsp oil and spread a ladle of batter on it.
- Step 5 Roast pudla from both the sides and serve hot.
