Steps
- Step 1
Soak and sprout 1/2 tbsp whole moong.
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, sprouted whole moong, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, required water and mix it well till thin batter consistency.
- Step 3
On a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil and spread batter on it.
- Step 4
Roast pudla from both the sides and serve hot.
