Steps
- Step 1 Take a frying pan, heat 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp ghee and add 1/2 cup bajra flour
- Step 3 Roast until brown and set aside
- Step 4 Take another frying pan heat 1
- Step 5 5 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almond and 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut
- Step 6 Roast until golden brown and set aside
- Step 7 Take the previously roasted flour in a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and the previously roasted nuts
- Step 8 Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, mix properly using a spoon
- Step 9 Take a scoop in hand, make the ladoos and transfer to a serving platter
- Step 10 Serve fresh
