- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1/2 cup bajra flour and roast until light brown and set aside.
- Step 2 In another pan heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts and roast until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 3 In a bowl add roasted bajra flour, 3 tbsp jaggery powder and roasted nuts.
- Step 4 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 5 Grease your palms with little ghee, take small portion and shape into laddoos
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 7 Relish this tasty millet treat.
