Bajra Halwa With Jaggery Recipe

Bajre Ka Halwa is a soothing dessert or an accompaniment made using bajra ( Pearl Millet Flour ), whole wheat flour, ghee and heaps of dry fruits. 1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)

3 Tbsp(45.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai on medium flame, add 3 tbsp ghee, 2 tsp chopped pista, 2 tsp chopped almond, roast well.

  • Then add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, mix it well.

  • Then add water & stir till thick consistency.

  • Add white sesame seeds, (Nutritional Twist) & serve hot.
