Steps
- Step 1 Soak 2
- Step 2 5 tbsp bajra overnight
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp of chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 5 Then, add 1 tbsp each of chopped tomato, grated carrot and 2 tbsp green peas and mix well
- Step 6 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 haldi and 1/4 tsp salt and saute
- Step 7 Next, add soaked bajra, and 2 tbsp tur dal
- Step 8 Add sufficient water and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves on topCover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook for up to 4 whistles
- Step 9 Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments
