Bajra Chapati Recipe

Bajra, a low-fat, gluten-free millet high in magnesium, potassium, and other minerals is an excellent accompaniment to lentils or any curry dish. They are warm and best consumed in cold weather.

30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl add 5 tbsp bajra flour add water, and knead the dough.

  • Pat the dough evenly.Transfer on a griddle.

  • Tap Water on bhakri, flip & roast it.
