In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow to crackle.
Add 4 curry leaves ,1 tbsp of chopped onion, and saute till golden brown.
Then, add 1 tbsp each of chopped tomato, and grated carrot and green peas and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp each of haldi and salt and saute.
Next, add soaked bajra and cooked moong dal.
Add sufficient water and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves on top
Cover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook for up to 4 whistles.
Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
