Layers of cooked dough of bajra and wheat flour stuffed with Potato and roasted to perfection, making it a delicious dish for children.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 3 tbsp boiled & chopped potato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,water & mix it well.
Add 1 tsp oil & knead the dough.
Dust the rolling pin with little flour, roll the dough into paratha.
Put the paratha on tawa, apply 1 tsp ghee on & sides of it.
Flip & cook both the sides evenly.
Serve hot with curd.
