Bajra Aloo Paratha With Ghee Recipe

Layers of cooked dough of bajra and wheat flour stuffed with Potato and roasted to perfection, making it a delicious dish for children.

3 Tbsp(47.0 gm) Potato (Boiled, Mashed)

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • For mixture

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 3 tbsp boiled & chopped potato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,water & mix it well.

  • Add 1 tsp oil & knead the dough.

  • Dust the rolling pin with little flour, roll the dough into paratha.

  • For Roasting

    Put the paratha on tawa, apply 1 tsp ghee on & sides of it.

  • Flip & cook both the sides evenly.

  • Serve hot with curd.
