This is a very tasty breakfast or snack item. It is a typical Udupi style recipe. Its extremely easy and quick to make!
In a bowl, Add 2 tbsp coconut kernel, 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/2 Cup poha and mix well.
Take a Pan, Add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 4 no. kadi patta, 1 no. red chilly.
Take 1/2 Big Banana for Garnishing.
