For making Baigan Bhaja In a Kadhai add diced brinjal,1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp besan. Sprinkle water. Mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Fry until Golden
Serve Hot with Coriander chutney. Enjoy.
