Baigan Bhaaja Recipe

Begun Bhaja is a traditional Bengali style dish of delicately spiced slices of brinjal that are homely meal. It is crunchy and spicy, making it a delicious party appetizers or side-dish for your party menu as well. This recipe is rich in antioxidant as well.

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sugar
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • For making Baigan Bhaja In a Kadhai add diced brinjal,1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp besan. Sprinkle water. Mix well.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan

  • Fry until Golden

  • Serve Hot with Coriander chutney. Enjoy.
