1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a small bowl and Break 2 eggs.

  • Now add 2 tsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander leaves and beat well.

  • Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Spread beaten egg mixture and put 2 slitted pav on top of omelette.

  • Allow to cook a little and then flip the omelette and again allow to cook for some more time

  • Serve hot in a dish
