Very easy to cook recipe and very popular in Mumbai. Its not only easy to cook but very nutritious also. Its a perfect combination recipe of carbs and proteins.Egg is a high biological protein source also contain one very important nutrient that is vitamin D3 .
Take a small bowl and Break 2 eggs.
Now add 2 tsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander leaves and beat well.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
Spread beaten egg mixture and put 2 slitted pav on top of omelette.
Allow to cook a little and then flip the omelette and again allow to cook for some more time
Serve hot in a dish
