80 Gm(80.0 gm) Bel
100 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Cup(80.0 gm) Pomegranate
In a blender add 1 cup anar seeds, 1 cup bael fruit, 1 tsp honey and 1/10th tsp cinnamon and 50 ml Water
Blend till liquid consistency.
