1 Grated Tbsp(3.0 gm) Dry Coconut

1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

2 Powder Tbsp(16.0 gm) Almond

1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi

2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar

1/4 Cup(46.0 gm) Suji

5 Strand(0.5 gm) Kesar

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
In a pan heat, 1 tsp ghee add into the 1/4th cup semolina and roast it till light brown in color.
Add into the 1/2 cup boiled Nestlé A+ Milk,5 strands of saffron,2 tbsp sugar,2 tbsp almond powder and stir it till thick inconsistency.
Pour batter in a container and add 1 tsp chopped almonds on top.
Set it and cut it into the pieces.
