Baby corn jalfrezi is a healthy vegetarian take on the popular jalfrezi dish. This recipe is tangy, spicy and goes well with roti or rice.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 cup babycorn and mix.
Now add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp amchur powder, 20 ml water and mix well.
Serve hot with rotis.
