  • Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 cup babycorn and mix.

  • Now add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 20 ml water and mix well.

  • Serve hot with rotis.
