Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let it crackle
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum and 1/2 cup baby corn
- Step 3
Mix everything and cook for a minute
- Step 4
Season with 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp amchur powder
- Step 5
Pour in little water and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grate dpaneer
- Step 7
Serve hot with rotis.
