Baby Corn bhaji is a delicious dish that goes perfect with Phulka, making a weeknight dinner quick and simple.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 lavang, 1/4th tsp green chillies, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
Add 3 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1/2 cup babycorn and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped methi leaves.
Allow it to simmer.
Now add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp amchur, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot with rotis or parathas.
