120 Ml(120.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Avocado
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a pan add 1 tsp olive oil add 1/4th cup chopped tomato, 1/4th cup chopped avocado, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp salt

  • In a blender add 1/4 cup chopped avocado, 1 tsp lemon juice, and blend it well

  • and pour all the mixture into it and add water

  • Boil it and serve hot.
