Layers of cooked dough stuffed with sprouts and roasted to perfection, making it a complete dish or tiffin for children.
Boil and mash 2 tsp avocado.
Sprout 2 tsp whole moong.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, boiled and mashed avocado, sprouted whole moong and mix.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and a little water to knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a paratha. Heat a griddle.
Roast the prepared paratha with 1 tsp ghee, flip and allow to cook on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney or Nestlé A+ Curd.
