Avocado Sprouts Paratha Recipe

Layers of cooked dough stuffed with sprouts and roasted to perfection, making it a complete dish or tiffin for children.

1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    Boil and mash 2 tsp avocado.

  • Sprout 2 tsp whole moong.

  • For paratha

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, boiled and mashed avocado, sprouted whole moong and mix.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and a little water to knead the dough.

  • Roll the dough into a paratha. Heat a griddle.

  • Roast the prepared paratha with 1 tsp ghee, flip and allow to cook on both sides.

  • Serve hot with chutney or curd.
