1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(56.0 gm) Honey
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Lemon Zest
1 Chopped Cup(158.0 gm) Avocado
In a pan, add 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 cup water and bring it to a boil.
Cook on medium heat.
In a blender, add 1 cup Chopped Avocado, 1 tsp lemon Juice and blend well.
To this add 1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest.
Add this mixture into a mould and freeze for atleast 4 hours.
Scoop this sorbet and serve chilled!
