Who doesn't love sandwiches but when it comes the Avocados sandwich automatically water comes in our mouth. This recipe is not only mouthwatering but fully packed with very healthy nutrients like carrbs,vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids. Avocados are full of healthy beneficial fats.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp avocado,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tsp lemon juice and
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Season with 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper.
Mash all the ingredients together and mix well.
Place toasted bread on a plate.
Spread 3 tsp butter evenly with a butter knife.
Now, take the desired quantity of avocado filling and spread generously on toast.
