5.0 Chopped Tbsp(62.0 gm) Avocado
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
4.0 Chopped Tbsp(44.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
3.0 Tsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped avocado,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper.

  • Mash all the ingredients together and mix well.

  • Place toasted bread on a plate.

  • Spread 3 tsp butter evenly with a butter knife.

  • Now, take the desired quantity of avocado filling and spread generously on toast.

  • Serve fresh.
