Avocado Potato Corn Paratha Recipe

Layers of cooked dough stuffed with avocado and corn roasted to perfection, making it an eye catching dish for children. It is very good source of fiber, vitamin A, omega 3 fatty acids.

1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Grated Tbsp(10.0 gm) Avocado
2 Chopped Tsp(9.0 gm) Potato
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Cup(35.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
25 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
  • In a Bowl, add boiled and mashed potato, boiled and mashed sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated avocado, 1/2 tsp gringer garlic paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and set aside.

  • Take a small portion of dough, add 1 tbsp stuffing and seal.

  • Roll it out into paratha.

  • Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, roast paratha making sure both the sides turns golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
