In a Bowl, add boiled and mashed potato, boiled and mashed sweet corn, 1 tbsp grated avocado, 1/2 tsp gringer garlic paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and set aside.
Take a small portion of dough, add 1 tbsp stuffing and seal.
Roll it out into paratha.
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, roast paratha making sure both the sides turns golden brown.
