Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl mashed potato, boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and season with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste

Mix well and set aside
- Step 3
In another bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 cup chopped avocado and mix well
- Step 4
Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 7
Divide the dough into equal portion
- Step 8
Roll each into a small round, add the filling and seal gently
- Step 9
Roll again into a round paratha
- Step 10
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast it using ghee until light brown on both sides
- Step 11
Serve with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or chutney for a yummy meal
