- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup chopped avocado, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, salt for taste and mash using a fork
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp of each jeera powder, red chilli powder, ajwain, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup wheat flour and knead to a smooth dough, adding little water if required.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5 Divide into equal portion and roll each into a thick round shape
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast using oil on both sides until golden brown
- Step 7 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd, pickle or some chutney.
