- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp mashed avocado and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth dough.
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Take a portion of the dough, sprinkle 1/2 tsp black til and roll into a naan.
- Step 6 Brush some water on the naan and put it on a heated pan.
- Step 7 Roast it evenly using 1/2 tsp butter until both sides turn light brown in colour and are well cooked.
- Step 8 Serve hot with dry or gravy vegetable.
