1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Avocado
2 Tbsp(40.0 gm) Mayonnaise
In a blender jar, 1/4th cup chopped avocado, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.
Blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Serve fresh.
