Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 1 tbsp rice and 1 tsp urad dal for two hours. Grind it and ferment overnight.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 2 tsp of chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp grated avocado, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 4
Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 5
In a bowl add dosa batter and add 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Step 6
Take a nonstick tawa .Spread batter on the tawa.
- Step 7
Add the prepared avocado mixture on the dosa and spread evenly.
- Step 8
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Roast with 1 tsp oil. Cover and cook for few minutes.
- Step 10
Fold and serve.
