- Step 1 In a blender add 3 tbsp boiled chopped beetroot, 3 tbsp chopped avocado, 3 tbsp coconut milk, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste.
- Step 2 Blend until smooth and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/2 tsp grated ginger and add pureed vegetable mixture
- Step 4 Add water to adjust the consistency and mix well
- Step 5 Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 7 Serve warm
