- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta and saute
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup french beans julienne, 1/4 cup diced pumpkin, 1/4 cup boiled, diced yam and mix well
- Step 3 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4 Season it with 1/4 tsp salt, add coconut Nestlé A+ Curd paste and mix well
- Step 5 Pour in some water and let it simmer
- Step 6 Cover and cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 7 Serve hot
