1 Tbsp(14.0 ml) Olive Oil
3 Tbsp(46.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Black Elaichi
1.5 Powder Tbsp(16.0 gm) Jaggery
100 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
5 Strand(0.5 gm) Kesar
3 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Poha
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil add poha mixture and roast for 2 mins.

  • Add 3 tbsp coconut milk and 1/2 cup of warm water, stir continously on a low flame to avoid lumps.

  • As it gets thick add 1.5 tbsp jaggery and saffron water.

  • Mix well and cook till it leaves the sides of pan and come together.

  • Add 1/4th tsp cardamom powder and mix again.

  • Switch off the flame.

  • Serve Warm
