Aval Sheera is an sweet delicacy from South which tastes delicious when cooked in coconut Nestlé A+ Milk, it boost the nutrients and flavor both.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil add poha mixture and roast for 2 mins.
Add 3 tbsp coconut milk and 1/2 cup of warm water, stir continously on a low flame to avoid lumps.
As it gets thick add 1.5 tbsp jaggery and saffron water.
Mix well and cook till it leaves the sides of pan and come together.
Add 1/4th tsp cardamom powder and mix again.
Switch off the flame.
