2 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Poha

1 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan add 1 tsp ghee, add 6 cashews and roast till light brown

  • Add 2 tbsp poha and roast for a min

  • Add 1/2 cup soy milk into it, stir it and cook well

  • Add 1 tbsp jaggery, 1/4th tsp cardamom powder. Mix all ingredients

  • Cover and cook for a min till it gets cooked and thickens up.

  • Serve Warm.
