- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tsp ghee, add 6 cashews and roast till light brown
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp poha and roast for a min
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup soy milk into it, stir it and cook well
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp jaggery, 1/4th tsp cardamom powder. Mix all ingredients
- Step 5
Cover and cook for a min till it gets cooked and thickens up.
- Step 6
Serve Warm.
