- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 6 cashews and roast till light brown
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp poha and roast for a minute
- Step 3 Pour 1/2 cup soy milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well
- Step 5 Simmer until soft
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 7 Serve warm or chilled
