Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with water and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2
Add poha powder and stir continuously on a low flame to avoid lumps.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder, 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, saffron water and simmer over low flame.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp black elaichi powder and mix again.
- Step 5
Mix well and cook until it leaves the sides of pan
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 7
Serve warm.
