1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Coconut Cream
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Chopped Cup(32.0 gm) Asparagus
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
120 Ml(120.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
  • Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4 cup chopped onion and sauté.

  • Once the onions start to become transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th cup chopped asparagus, and saute till aromatic.

  • Then, mix properly and then add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • blend the mixture completely.

  • Stir in 1 tbsp coconut cream and allow it to cook.

  • Once the soup starts to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt along with 1/4th tsp black pepper, mix properly and cook for a few minutes and add 1/2 tsp mixed herbs

  • Garnish with coconut cream.

  • Serve hot.
