Asparagus soup is a heartwarming, beautiful, creamy, full-flavoured soup. Asparagus Soup is exactly one of those dishes. As a bonus Asparagus turns out to be a healthy vegetable as well.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4 cup chopped onion and sauté.
Once the onions start to become transparent, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th cup chopped asparagus, and saute till aromatic.
Then, mix properly and then add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
blend the mixture completely.
Stir in 1 tbsp coconut cream and allow it to cook.
Once the soup starts to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt along with 1/4th tsp black pepper, mix properly and cook for a few minutes and add 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
Garnish with coconut cream.
