- Step 1 In a bowl, add blanched asparagus, 2 tbsp chopped apple, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp sunflower seeds.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 3 Make a dressing by whisking 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp mustard sauce, 1/2 tsp olive oil and salt as per taste.
