- Step 1 In a mixer jar, add blanched asparagus, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tbsp cream, 2 tsp chopped basil leaves, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Blend until smooth
- Step 3 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp butter, add cooked rajma and saute well.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp each of julienne carrot and violet cabbage and mix.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp mixed herbs and cook for a minute
- Step 6 In a serving plate, place 2 lettuce leaves and spread asparagus cheese dip evenly
- Step 7 Top it with the rajma vegetable mixture.
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 9 Serve
