- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 kadi patta and 1/4 tsp hing
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 5 tbsp chopped ash gourd, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and stir.
- Step 4 Add a little water for cooking.
- Step 5 Cover and cook until tender.
- Step 6 Once cooked, add 2 tsp grated fresh coconut and mix well.
- Step 7 Serve hot .
