4.0 Grated Tbsp(24.0 gm) Fresh Coconut

2.0 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Garden Cress Seeds

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi

3.0 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery

1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
In a mixing bowl, add soaked halim seeds, 4 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 3 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp ghee and mix properly.
To this add 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder and mix well till golden brown.
Cool the mixture and roll into small balls.
Serve.
