- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup previously boiled and chopped arbi
- Step 2 Saute until crisp and golden brown
- Step 3 Place the arbi on paper towel and keep aside.
- Step 4 Heat another pan with 1/2 tbsp oil and add 1/8 cup thinly sliced onions
- Step 5 Saute until till golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 6 Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, elaichi and cloves
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until soft
- Step 8 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder.
- Step 9 Add a little water, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and simmer until all masalas combine well
- Step 10 Add the roasted arbi, salt for taste and fried onions and mix well
- Step 11 Cook for a minute until all flavors combine well
- Step 12 Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 13 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 14 Serve hot with chapati or rice.
