Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2
Add kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute until it is soft
- Step 3
Pour in little water and cook for a minute
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 cup boiled chopped arbi.
- Step 5
Saute well and pour in little more water.
- Step 6
Cook until arbi is soft and season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 9
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
