For Upside Batter
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup brown sugar,1 tbsp melted butter and whisk till creamy in texture.
- Step 2 Pour in a greased mold and spread it well. Place an apple slice in the base of the mold.
- Step 3 Keep aside.

For Bottom Batter
- Step 1 Juice 1/8 cup diced apple and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 2 tbsp melted butter,3 tbsp sugar,1/2 an egg and whisk till creamy in texture.
- Step 3 Add the apple juice,1/3 cup whole wheat flour,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp salt and whisk it well.
- Step 4 Pour batter on top of the apple slice and spread it well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding raisins.
- Step 6 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes and serve.
