This caramel apple upside down cake is a fall must-make. It combines a soft cinnamon-spiced cake with buttery caramelized apples on top.
Per Serving: 1 Slice - 34.0 gm
For Upside Batter
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup brown sugar,1 tbsp melted butter and whisk till creamy in texture.
Pour in a greased mold and spread it well.Place 1 number of the apple slice.
For Bottom Batter
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp melted butter,1 tbsp sugar,1/2 number egg and whisk till creamy in texture.
Add into the 1/8th cup apple juice,1/3rd cup whole wheat flour,1/4th tsp baking powder,1/8th tsp salt and whisk it well.
Pour batter on top of the apple slice and spread it well
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes and serve.
