Apple Rice Porridge with Jaggery Recipe

1/2 Cup(63.0 ml) Water
1/4 Chopped Cup(58.0 gm) Apple
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Jaggery
2 Tbsp(31.0 ml) Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
1/4 Tsp(0.55 gm) Cinnamon
2 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Walnut
  • Boil 1/4th cup water, add 2 tbsp rice, cover and cook.

  • Add 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/8th tsp dalchini powder, 1 tsp jaggery powder, mix gently

  • Add 2 tbsp of chopped akhrot into it.

  • Cook to a thick consistency, and add 1/4th cup grated apple.

  • Cook until the apple turns soft.

  • Serve hot.
