This wholesome and flavourful fruit and nut porridge is an ideal breakfast choice to kickstart the day. It is dairy-free, gluten-free and sugar-free option with the added benefits of fiber and nutrients.
Boil 1/4th cup water, add 2 tbsp rice, cover and cook.
Add 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/8th tsp dalchini powder, 1 tsp jaggery powder, mix gently
Add 2 tbsp of chopped akhrot into it.
Cook to a thick consistency, and add 1/4th cup grated apple.
Cook until the apple turns soft.
