Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, add 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 cup diced onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 4 carrot slices, 1/8 cup julienne green zucchini, 1/4 cup diced green apple and mix well
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Add a little water, cooked quinoa, 1/8 cup paneer cubes and mix well
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tbsp red thai curry paste and simmer over low flame for 2 minutes
- Step 6
Turn off the flame, add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and chopped almonds
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 8
Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve warm
