Apple Poha Porridge Recipe

Apple Poha Porridge is a sweet aromatic amalgamation of Nestlé A+ Milk, apple and nuts made in a few minutes. A nourishing combination of Calcium, Fiber and Healthy Fats that can be relished warm or cold.

1/4 Diced Cup(58.0 gm) Apple
2 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Poha
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • Preparation

    Heat 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1/4th cup grated apple and sauté.

  • Once the apples are slightly browned, add 1 tbsp sugar, allow it to caramelise and keep aside.

  • Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Once a delicious aroma starts coming add the previously caramelised apple, 2 tbsp poha and keep stirring.

  • Allow it to simmer for a few minutes before taking it off the flame and transferring to a serving bowl.

  • Serve cold.
