- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp chopped dates and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Next, add 1/4 cup of oats flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup of grated apple, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
- Step 4 Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6 Mix well and make a thick dough like batter.
- Step 7 Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
- Step 8 Remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
