Apple Oatmeal Cake Recipe

1/2 Cup(54.0 gm) Oats
1 Grated Cup(58.0 gm) Apple
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
0.1 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
10 Number(8.0 gm) Black Raisin
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
3 Powder Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sugar
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Dates
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp powdered sugar and whisk it well.

  • Next, add 1/2 cup of powdered oats, 1/4th tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Add 1/4th cup of grated apple, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.

  • Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.

  • Mix well and make into a dough.

  • Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

  • Remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.

  • Serve hot.
