Apple Muffins Recipe

1/2 Chopped Cup(65.0 gm) Apple
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
20.0 Number(15.0 gm) Black Raisin
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
4.0 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk until smooth.

  • Add 1/4 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Now add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8th tsp salt and fold slowly until mixed.

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins.

  • Pour the batter into mould.

  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius For 15 mins.
