Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk until smooth
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well
- Step 3 Now add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8th tsp salt and fold slowly until mixed
- Step 4 Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins
- Step 5 Pour the batter into mould
- Step 6 Bake at 180 degree Celsius For 15 mins
