1/2 Cup(79.0 gm) Apple (Diced)
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
  • Take a blender, add 1/2 cup diced apple, 1/2 cup curd and 1 tbsp sugar.

  • Pour in 1/2 cup milk.

  • Blend till smooth.

  • Serve cold.
